Half a year old, time is flying. It is hard to believe that half a year ago Bill and I went from a couple to a family; it seems like she was just born. We love her more every day and can’t imagine what we would do without her. She is the greatest thing we have ever done and we are so grateful to be her parents and watch her learn and grow.
Reagan is working on getting stronger so she can start crawling and eating all the food she can get her hands on, especially fruit. Since our last update, we have returned home from Flagstaff and are wrapping up the summer. I go back to work full-time on August 10th, so we are cramming in all the summer fun we can before it is over. We are going to the library at least once a week for story time, finding fun baby activities with Audrea and Emery, visiting family, and going to the square for music every Friday (a family favorite)! I am so sad to see the summer come to an end and will miss my beautiful and brilliant baby everyday. I feel like going back to work is harder now than it was when she was only six weeks old.
The month ended with a half-birthday party in Fredericksburg, complete with a cake made out of watermelon. Reagan was not a fan of everyone singing to her, I guess we will have to work on that before her real birthday comes around!
